We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 business days, and they are sent via Royal Mail 24 for fast and reliable delivery.

  • Enjoy free shipping on all orders over £45.
  • For orders under £45, a shipping fee of £2.99 applies.

Returns

We hope you absolutely love your order, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return an item, we're happy to offer a refund on any unused and unworn jewellery, provided it is returned within 28 days of purchase.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty.
